DEPOSIT FEE

1. Payment Terms:

In order to guarantee the reservation of our services, a deposit of 50% of the total price is required at the moment of booking.

3. Confirmation Reservation and Payment Process:

Once the deposit has been received, a booking confirmation will be sent to the customer, detailing the services booked, the total amount, the deposit paid and the balance due.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation or rescheduling notification:

To cancel or reschedule your service, you must contact us by phone or text message at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time of the service.

2. Refund of deposit:

If notice of cancellation or rescheduling is given within the stipulated 48-hour period, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the booking or transferred to future services.

3. Cancellation or rescheduling in less than 48 hours:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date and time will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit. In these cases, the deposit will be retained as a late cancellation fee to cover the costs and losses associated with the short-term booking.
